Work on analyzing early warning indicators and trip wires in order to improve detect business before they move on the demise curve
Assist in Preparation of PSR, Buyers pools for potential divestitures
Analyzing acquisition targets and conduct Strategic (Potential Synergies etc) and Financial analysis (Accretion/Dilution Modeling)
Qualifications: B.E and MBA for a reputed University
