Job Description:
To provide leadership and support to the departmental heads and their team to ensure smooth functioning
To execute the Business Plan and meet financials as per the BSC.
Identify training needs & implement process/ programs to enhance service delivery and employee learning.
To oversee the CMET and other training programmes to retain and nurture key talent and build a strong line of management
To coordinate and audit, day to day operational aspects of each resort.
To monitor monthly income and expense vis a vis the budget.
To review and analyze the monthly MIS, and operate the Resort effectively and with an optimum level of efficiency.
Implement new and innovative F&B modules and events for Holiday activity.
Education:Degree or diploma in Hotel Management
