Job Description:
Will be responsible to develop, troubleshoot, and test data players for AICC/SCORM-compliant eLearning projects. Will program interactivities for eLearning projects. Will also mentor and lead junior visual programmers.
Excellent problem-solving skills
Develop well designed software within project schedule to team standards.
Actively participate in team working on project by making recommendations on how to improve product quality and reliability, as well as group productivity.
Established interpersonal and organizational skills. Must work well in a team oriented environment
Takes initiative and is willing to expand own horizon
Willing to accept and provide direction, work well under pressure, and handle multiple tasks.
Work with leads on the project to determine coding tasks and schedule requirements.
Creating Flash Engines.Develop Components
Desired Profile:
Must have 3-6 yrs Experience in handling E-learning projects.
Expertise in Macromedia Flash MX Actionscript programming
Knowledge of HTML, Javascript, ASP and XML will be an added advantage.
Any Graduation Diploma/Certification in Multimedia a plus.
