Implement metrics program

Know How:
In depth understanding of business and technology processes and methodologies
Thorough knowledge on International quality standards - CMM/ CMMI, Six sigma, P-CMM
Experience in process creation, training, and auditing
Good documentation skills
Experience with CMM certification
Experience At least 4 years for a Lead level in the industry.
Education :
Graduate / Post Graduate in Engineering (CS / Electronics / Electrical) / Computer Applications
