Job Title: Business Analyst (Healthcare)

Qualification:
Masters in Hospital Management
Graduation in Microbiology, Zoology, Chemistry (ZMC)
Qualified doctor with hospital administration experience
Experience:
Of which 3 to 4 years in HIS system implementation
Should have worked in Hospital operations for 5+ years and should have handled IT
Understands Healthcare requirements and regulations HIPPA knowledge
Responsiblities:
IT Requirements gathering and business process mapping experience
Understands Hospital IT landscape – HIS , RIS-PACS, various modalities to be integrated in the care organization
Responsible for preparing the Use case Specification as per the client requirements.
Assist Development team in development activities, by providing domain expertise, to define business requirements and architect solutions.
Liaise with business sponsor in conjunction with the technology and sales team, so as to understand patient concerns and needs
Quality issues pertaining to healthcare process, Process mapping, International Standards for healthcare organizations.
