Job Description:
Customer Service Representative for back office processing of US Life Annuity policies.
Qualifications
Key Accountibilities and Responsibilities: Technology:Understands computerized data entry systems and uses these systems to track activities. Utilizes telephone technology to respond to customer inquiries and forward calls to appropriate personnel. People:Maintains composure in critical situations. Works as part of customer service support team in support of non-technical products and services. Understands organizational functions and personnel. Interacts with team members, management, and customers on customer service issues. May assist supervisor/manager with the day-to-day operations for the customer service area, including training and/or mentoring less experienced staff. Customer:Works closely with process, product, and services users to resolve open issues/concerns. Identifies, evaluates, and prioritizes customer problems and complaints. Escalates unresolved calls to appropriate support specialist or service group. Business:Analyzes and evaluates inquiry/problem reports and makes recommendations to reduce customer call rate. Understands the business and how to analyze problems for resolution. Ensures service level agreements are met or exceeded. Recommends modifications to procedures and workflow to ensure efficient and effective processing of transactions. Financial:Performs all assigned activities within expected quality, cost, and schedule parameters.
