Context and mission :
TEMENOS PWM is currently looking to recruit an Account Manager. The Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales & revenue targets within a designated portfolio of accounts. Selling new license and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and retaining existing clients are part of the Account Manager’s primary responsibilities.

Your responsibilities will include :
Achieve annual sales quotas and targets by selling all relevant TEMENOS products and solutions, in particular T24, Insight, Pro-DB,Triple’A Plus and WealthManager to existing accounts in German speaking Switzerland, Lichtenstein, Germany and Austria.
Develop and maintain a detailed account plans to fulfill goals.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients’ Business, Information Technology and Procurement functions.
Identify and maintain new business contacts within the territory to promote Private Wealth Management solution sales.
Work in close collaboration with Services’ Project Director and Project Managers to identify and close profitable professional services opportunities.
Support Client Service Managers in dealing with client issues to ensure retention of existing client revenue from year to year.
Assist Finance Manager in ensuring prompt cash collection.
Lead the completion of vendor responses to RFI / RFPs in collaboration with the Presales team.
Identify and maintain a pipeline of new sales opportunities from leads to closed sales using cold calling techniques if necessary.
Negotiate contractual agreement terms and close sales.
Provide competitive information to Temenos Product Management for internal business decisions and positions.
Maintain the company’s customer relationship management database with opportunity details and accurate business contact information on a timely basis .
Monitor potential collaborators’ and competitors’ activities and identify business threats and opportunities.
Attend user group meetings and wealth management trade exhibitions.
Produce bi-monthly sales reports.
Provide feedback and assist in identifying opportunities for upcoming products, and for development and enhancement of existing products.

Profile :
Undergraduate degree in a Business, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science or Engineering.
At least 5 years of experience as Account Manager or Project Director in a private wealth management environment with a proven track record of expertise, accomplishment and impact.
Extensive knowledge of private wealth management products and workflows, securities operations, industry regulations and compliance.
Experienced in handling a large geographic territory and planning effective sales and client meeting trips across Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Luxemburg.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
CFA, or other similar certifications considered as a plus.
 
Required Skills & Behaviour :
Ability to build relationships with clients and work in a consultative manner with customers, close sales and work in a quota driven environment.
Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and time management skills.
Demonstrated ability to conduct small and large group presentations.
Self-motivated and flexible Team member.
Ability to meet deadlines and to work under pressure. Highly innovative and proactive.
