Expertise in Java, J2ee, PL/Sql ,Unix
Weblogic, web sphere - True comp product suite
Acknowledge support related tickets/emails/phone calls
Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve product related issues logged by customers
Take part in trainings conducted by the customer
Gain technical and functional knowledge of the product being supported
Adhere to support SLA's and ensure on time issue resolution Work requirements
16/7 - 2 shifts including weekends and public holidays
Work in any shift required based on the criticality
Flexible to stretch if required over and above the work hours
Excellent communication skills English Oral and written
Required Skills:
Should have very good customer interaction skills
B.Sc / B.Com /BCA or equivalent.
