What We Need
Strong programming and design experience in ASP.NET 3.0/3.5, C#, DB.
Have at least 5+ years experience in architecting & designing solutions from the scratch.
Strong skills in database schema/SPs/triggers design, development, and optimization.
Microsoft development best practices/patterns, application blocks, and tools.
Strong knowledge of OOAD, design patterns, and their practical applications.
Should be confident, self-driven, with a lot of initiative, and possess the zeal and energy to quickly ramp-up on upcoming technologies.
Proven leadership skills, design skills, development skills, and experience in mentoring of engineering teams
Minimum 10+ years experience in software development. Education - BE / MCA/MS or BS in Computer Science

What You Will Do
Play a significant technical leadership role in architecture and design decisions and create overall architecture and design strategy of enterprise size products.
Guide requirement analysis, design and development of solutions ensuring satisfaction with delivery of high quality software.
Manage technical delivery of the project
Lead technical requirements gathering sessions and writing technical requirements documents
Manage technical scope and client expectation
Play a pertinent role in preparing RFP/RFI as well as participate in pre-sales activities of the organization.
Use the understanding of software engineering methodologies and techniques to ensure their compliance at all stages of software development.
Responsible for providing hands on expert level assistance to developers for technical issues

Technology Requirement:
Net Framework, C#/VB.Net, ASP.Net, XML/XSL, SQL Server 2005/ 2008.

Recommended:
 AJAX, Silverlight/WPF, WF, WCF, UML with architecture / designing experience, & database designing experience. Any contemporary Source Control toolset.
In addition, working knowledge of MOSS, Visual Source Safe, and MS Visio would be an added advantag
