Responsibilities
To work on execution of fabricated / machined components as per drawing as per Design / final assembly specifications
To understand drawings, schedule work force and monitor progress on shift-wise basis
To arrange necessary raw material, sketches needed to complete fabrication / machining operations as per drawing in shifts
To report progress on shift-wise basis
To prepare Documentation and presentation for reviews
To adhere to safety measures and ensure safe work practices are being followed
To follow up with support functions for requirement of necessary drawings, sketches etc.
To follow up with maintenance for up keeping of machines
To effectively contribute to the overall team / company targets
To monitor house keeping, maintain clean & tidy work place
Requirements
Diploma : Mechanical or Automobile
Minimum : 2 years of working experience
Should have knowledge of fabrication, machining operations and assembly
Should ensure man power management, scheduling of machineries, planning & control
Should possess general knowledge of FMEA analysis tools
Should have aptitude for learning new technologies
Should be able to read drawings and specifications
Should possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work on PLM system
Should possess good grasping skills with sound academic record i.e. throughout first class [60% and above] without a year gap due to failure.
